The peppermint plant is a hybrid of watermint and spearmint and was first described by Carl Linneaus in 1753. Frequently used in toothpaste and chewing gum for oral health. It also helps to soothe occasional stomach upset.

Directions for Use:

  1. Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice
  2. Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below
